  1. I have released a new version of the plugin 1.1.7. It should be available in about 15 minutes to upgrade. It contains fix for bug mentioned by Jolyon and few other performance tweaks.

@Christina, can you try with some other theme? Everything seems fine on your page but clicking doesn’t seem to work.

  2. Hey Jolyon. Looks like your website host has blocked one of the APIs I’m using. I have figured out a way out of it, you should get this fixed in next release.

  3. @Tim, you have a fancybox for wordpress plugin that is overriding my plugin code. See if that plugin can be disabled for your photos page.

@Christina, I can’t find anything wrong with your page. I’ll need some more time to figure out what’s going wrong there.

@imoogi, Can you create a private page (won’t appear anywhere) on your website, load my plugin there and send me the link. I need to find out the problem.

@Jolyon, can you please post the link to the page?

  4. I am currently getting several javascript errors, on lines 95 and 166, unfortunately can’t quite figure it out right now .. absolutely knackered from pulling an all-nighter and slowly going cross eyed :p

  5. Hi Ronak.

I have tried using different themes and got the same result. No Photos. I just updated to the latest version and still no photos. Tried viewing with a different browser, still the same. I will try deactivating my other plug ins to see if there is a conflict with them.

  6. Ok, I actually take that back… Well, kinda… I am getting two .js errors, both in line 5712 of the script, but the numbers are working now 🙂 Yay! So, I think I’m good. If you would like to see the print screens, holla back and I’mm email them.

Thanks again for a great job!
    Tim

  7. The numbers are fixed! 🙂 It looks great! I will rate the plugin. 😉

I don’t have any other plugins that use Lightbox..

    I only have the following:

    Awesome Flickr Gallery 🙂
    Akismet
    Hello Dolly
    Stray Random Quotes

Could it have anything to do with my theme or something like that?

    1. I have fixed the nbsp bug and next version 1.1.6 should have everything working normally. Regarding photos not opening properly when you click, make sure you don’t have any other plugin which uses Lightbox too activated. Most likely that plugin is overriding what I am doing.

  8. I have the same &nbsp problem where the page numbers go as well as they photographs not being able to be opened to the larger size when clicked.

You did a really good job and I appreciate the time you took creating this plugin!

    1. @Christina and Tim, can you tell me the browser and OS you are using? That will help me find compatibility issues with different browsers on different OS.

    1. Looks like some compatibility issue. Let me find it out. An update should be out as soon as I find the issue. Thanks for appreciation.

  9. Well I installed your theme (Evolve) in a sandbox wordpress installation and the plugin worked fine there. I’m not sure what exactly is the issue. Can you try to use the plugin shortcode in some other post or page and see if it works?

  10. Hi Ronak.

I updated to the new version. But still the same problem. It might be my theme. I will have to investigate more. Thank you for your help.

  11. Can you update to latest version 1.1.0 and see if the problem persist? Something is not right. May be it is conflicting with some setting on the theme.

  12. I have activated this plug-in, installed the API and added the shortcode to a page, but I still don’t see any photos. Do I need to do anything else? I have WordPress 3.1.2. if that helps you.
